"Jeffry "Bruce" Kitchen HEBRON: Jeffry "Bruce" Kitchen, 67, of Hebron, died Friday evening, May 29, 2009, at St. Ann's Hospital, Westerville, following an extended illness. He was born February 15, 1942, in Zanesville, the son of the late Victor Kitchen and Elnora Lee (Smith) Kitchen Orr who survives in Hebron. He was a graduate of Lakewood H.S., class of 1960, a member of the Hebron Christian Church, former member of the Hebron Volunteer Fire Department, and had served as chief for a number of years. He loved hunting, fishing, OSU Football and woodworking. He was also interested in history, especially the Civil War. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Margie (Coleman), whom he married on December 2, 1962; his sons, Jeff of Somerset, and Brian (Dawn) of Hebron; his seven grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildren; his brother, Dana (Brenda) of Hebron; his sister, Diane Billow of Harbor Hills; step-brothers, Rick (Tern) and Bill Orr of Hebron; several nieces and nephews. His family will receive friends on Monday, June 1, 2009, from 5-8 p.m. at the HOSKINSON FU NERAL HOME, 285 E Main St in Kirkersville, where funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 8:00 p.m. with Pastor Steven Brown as celebrant. Private family burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery at a later date. The family has requested that expressions of sympathy in the form of memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society."

"Margie Anna Lea Kitchen, 76, of Hebron, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 26, 2020 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born May 25, 1944 in Bradshaw, WV, the daughter of the late Alvie O. and Gladys C. (Scully) Colman.

"Margie worked as a clerk at the Hebron Drug Store and Fitch’s Market for many years. She also acted as a substitute teacher and cook at the Hebron Elementary School. She was a member of the Hebron Christian Church, the former Hebron Fire Sirens.

"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce in 2009.

"She is survived by her sons Jeff and Brian (Dawn) Kitchen of Hebron, her brother Ronnie Colman and sister Rosemary Wilson; her grandchildren Veronica Kitchen, Cody, Kitchen, Payton Heisler, Devin and Zoie Kitchen; her four great-grandchildren; her brother in law Dana (Brenda) Kitchen of Hebron and her sister in law Diane (Bob) Lamp of Thornville.

"Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a celebration of life and graveside inurnment of both her and Bruce’s remains will take place in the spring at the Hebron Cemetery.

"Memorial contributions in her memory may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
