"2 Timothy 4:7: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith"CARL LINCOUS ROWE, 64 years of age of Avondale, WV, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at the Genesis Health Care Center, Logan, WV, following an extended illness. Born in Welch, WV, he was the son of the late Lincous Gordon and Rebecca Jane Roberts Rowe. He was a 1969 Graduate of Iaeger High School and enjoyed hunting, 4-wheeling, Car Racing with his sons and was an avid WVU Fan. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and member of the Church of Christ. Carl was a disabled coal miner, preparation plant worker and owned/operated several coal mines.
"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Donald Rowe; 1-Sister: Patsy Carol Rowe; and his favorite dog, “Sparkie.”
