"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard Eldon Duncan Jr; two sisters, Debra Freeman and Dana Marie Edwards.
"Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Cecil Neal of the home; a son, Robert Anderson Duncan of Pulaski; two brothers, Arnold Ray Edwards Jr. of Vinton, VA and John Lee Edwards of Pulaski; and her granddaughter Kelsey Dawn Duncan of Hanover.
