mother he is preceded in death by his wife Tabatha Belcher Bailey; grandparents Dexter and Nellie Paynter;
and uncle Richard Paynter. Survivors include his step father John Porschart of Lester; two sisters Regina
Workman of Cyclone and Catrina (Cecil "Crickett") Morgan of Lynco; a brother Chad Bailey of Lynco; uncles
and aunts Gary (Delma) Paynter, Donna (Freddie) Lusk, Eddie (Marsha) Paynter, Virgil (Sherry) Paynter,
Beverly (Mark) Snodgrass and Jennifer (George) Bailey; nieces and nephews Raymond (Jennifer) Workman,
Orville Workman, Samantha (Dillon) Cline, Cheyanna Morgan, and Brayden Morgan; and a host of other loving
family and friends. Graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday November 17th at Brown Cemetery,

Born September 19, 1941 he was the son of the late James Lawrence and Zida Burgess Cook."Jim was a 1959 graduate of Pineville High School. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Jim was an avid horseshoe pitcher and a two-time world Champion in the senior division. He loved fishing, painting, league bowling and working around his home. Jim loved spending time with his family.

Martin, 39, was born April 28, 1978, in Morgantown, WV a son of Franklin Wayne Martin and Barbara
“Lynn” Prince (Martin), formerly of Burnsville, WV. He leaves behind two children, Abbigail Mae Martin,
12, of Weston, and Axl Reign, 7 months, of Oceana, WV. Additionally, he also leaves his beloved fiancé,
Melissa Blankenship. The two were soon to be wed. Patrick was devoted to his children; they, and Melissa
were the light of his life. He truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends
and family, pizza nights for neighborhood kids, and spending time with his family. Patrick had an uncanny
ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. He is also survived by his Mother, Lynn Prince; Aunts,
Kimberly Boss, Jill Gaffney, Janet Devoe; Great Uncle, Danny Heater, Great Uncle, Jerry Blanton; Niece,
Samantha Miller; Cousins, Christine Gregory, Jeffery Gaynor, Christopher Elswick, Pandora Elswick, and
