Funeral services were conducted Dec. 23 at Hurst and Scott Funeral Home in Tazewell, VA, with burial in Shady Grove Cemetery in Skygusty, WV."Mr. Harman was born March 18, 1927, in Wilcoe, WV, the son of Charles Flavous and Fannie Florence Davidson Harman.
"He was a yardmaster with a railroad company, and a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the Church of Christ, the Saltville Golf Club and the Masonic Lodge in Columbus, OH.
"Survivors include his wife, Janet Harman of Tannersville; sons, Jim C. Harman of Fairfield Glade, Daniel Harman of Smyrna, TN, and Martin Harman of Columbus; daughters, Victoria Johnston and Donna Lucas, both of Columbus, and Linda Andriko of Walbonding, OH; brother, Calvin Harman of Tannersville; sisters, Carrie Miller of Millbrook, AL, Beulah Gilley of Elkhart, IN, and Betty Barbour of Elmore, AL; 16 grandchildren; and six grandchildren.
