Belcher. Bobby was a member of Oceana Freewill Baptist Church where he sang in the choir and was a
Baileysville High School graduate. He was a retired manager of Lynco Company Store where he met his wife
of 40 years. Bobby enjoyed spending time with his family and his pride and joy, his great grandchildren. He
also loved his little buddy, his cat Lucky. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sons Kevin
Belcher and Terry Combs; granddaughter Amy Combs; and brothers Jackie, Gene and Alfred Belcher. Those
left to cherish his memory are his wife Virgie Day Belcher; daughter Cathy (Timmy) Harless of Cyclone;

Memorial ID 191341323"Additional Information Posted:" Nick Druggish, investigator for the McDowell County Prosecutor’s Office, and well-known sports announcer at radio station WOVE in Welch, was dead on arrival at a Welch hospital Friday morning following a fatal seizure. He had suffered from a heart condition.
"The 46-year-old former justice of the peace and sports personality was a son of the late Steve Druggish (1886-1964) and Milka Druggish (1884-1931). He attended public schools in Gary and Big Creek. Following World War ll, of which he was a veteran, he played professional baseball in California. Returning to the Welch area, he was elected as justice of the peace in Big Creek district and became an investigator with the prosecutor’s office in 1965. As commentator for the Maroon Wave, Welch’s football and basketball teams, he had been affiliated with WOVE the past four years. At the time of his death he also was a baseball scout for the Cleveland Indians and an active member of American Legion Post 43 at War, the town in which he made his home.
"Survivors include his widow, Lorraine Hampton-Druggish-Murphy (1929-2012) whom he married on January 23, 1951; one daughter, Katherine Druggish of War; one son, Richard Druggish of War; one sister, Sophia "Sophie" Druggish-Brammer (1916-2002) of Perry, OH; and two brothers, Millie "Mike" Druggish (1921-2001) of Raysel and Sam Druggish Sr. (1919-2002) of Perry.

"Loraine Hampton Druggish Murphy, 83, of 101 Plover Place, Princeton, WV, departed this life early Saturday morning, June 2, 2012 at Loving Hands Adult Care surrounded by her family. She was born January 23, 1929 at War, WV, daughter of the late Richard and Katherine Coleman Hampton. She resided most of her years in War before moving to Princeton in 2001. On Jan. 23, 1951 she married Nick Druggish, who preceded her in death on April 16, 1971. On May 29, 1976 she married Frederick F. Murphy of War who preceded her in death on March 14, 1991. In 1964, she earned her BS degree in Elementary Education from Concord College. In 1969, she completed her Master's degree in Elementary Education/Reading Specialist from West Virginia University. For 25 years she was a dedicated and much-loved elementary teacher, reading specialist, and Title I Reading Supervisor for McDowell County Schools. While living in War, Loraine was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church serving as a choir member, Sunday School teacher, Church Clerk, Bible School Director, and in the Women's Missionary Society. After moving to Princeton, she became a member of First Baptist Church where she also was a member of the church choir. Loraine's greatest joys were her service to God, her church, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Surviving are daughter, Kathy Druggish Justice; son, Rick Druggish and wife, Kelly, all of Princeton; grandchildren, Lori Justice Bernhart and husband, Brendan, Vienna, Virginia, Jimmy Justice and wife, Misty, Murrell's Inlet, South Carolina, Kevin Justice of Princeton, Nicholas and Seth Druggish of Princeton; great-grandchildren Brooke and Andrew Bernhart, and Halie and Corey Justice; special caregiver Jeanne Sarver of Princeton.
