"Shawn Waldron, 51, of Welch passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 at his home. Born September 12, 1963 in Welch he was the son of the late Chester Waldron and Alice Duncan Waldron. He was a maintenance worker at several businesses in Welch before he became disabled. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Kim Waldron and Randy Duncan. He was the beloved brother of Vernetta Parks and Dawn Newcomb and husband Bobby all of Davy. He is also survived by four nieces, Mary Ann Giles of Fredericksburg, VA, Betty Lynn Newcomb of Premier, and Keri and Kimberly Waldron both of Pageton; a nephew, Dustin Waldron of Davy; and special great niece and nephew, Kaylee Newcomb of Davy and Jake Newcomb of Premier. Funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 20 at 1 p.m. in the Douglas Mortuary Chapel in Welch with the Revs. Michael Brooks and Marie Bolden officiating. Burial will follow in the Asco Community Cemetery, Asco...."
