19, 2019 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. She was born on September 24, 1946 in Elizabethton, TN a
daughter of the late John Stout and Alice Christine Ingram. Delores attended the Lynco Community Church. She
loved going to church and making donations to the Wounded Veterans, Boy's Town, and The SPCA. In addition to
her parents she is preceded in death by her ex-husband Leroy Conner. Survivors include a daughter Teresa Conner
of Lynco; a son David Conner of Lynco; a sister Peggy Hawks of New Mexico; a brother Bill Culpepper of Atlanta,
GA; two grandchildren Levi Conner and Brandie Conner Bestil; a nephew Little Sonny Gunter of Monroe County; a
niece Tina Cales of Beckley; sister-in-laws Linda Wiker and Nettie Gunter both of Summersville; her ex-husband
