"MARY LUCILLE KEEN, 64 years of age of Bradshaw, WV, went to her heavenly home on October 10th, 2021, in her home surrounded by loved ones. Born June 4th, 1957, in Iaeger, WV, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Esther (Roberts) Foster. Through her battle, she continuously gave glory to the goodness of God. “Lucille” was a member of Cross Road Baptist Church of East Bend, NC, before moving to Bradshaw, WV. She loved spending time with family and friends, listening to gospel music, watching virtual sermons, gardening and sewing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffery Keen; Sister: Theodoshia McCoy.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Doshia Keen of the home; Sisters: Vickie Christian and husband David of War, WV, Jackie Blevins and husband Kenny of Jolo, WV, Betty Fowler and husband Charlie of Squire, WV, Ruthie Matney and husband Benny of Bradshaw, WV; Nieces: Sherri Coble, Kathie Blankenship, Barbara Harmon, Megan Muncy, Haley Collins and Special Niece: Paytan Roberts; Nephews: Mark Muncy, Chase Muncy, Justin Muncy, Mike Fowler, John Collins, David Collins, Jimmy Bowles, Bradley Blevins; Great-Nephews: Jace Speight, Jase Muncy, Weston Muncy, Cooper Collins; Great-Niece: Sadie Speight; Special Brother and Sister in Christ: Dennis Davis and wife Rita; Special Friend: Donna Muncy; Fur-Babies: Buddy, Bill-Bill and Buster.

The celebration of Lucille’s life will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Church of Jesus in Bartley, WV, with Pastor Ralph Steele officiating. The family will gather from 11:00 A.M. to Noon. Friends will be received at Noon. She will be laid to rest at Mullins Cemetery on Ritter Mountain.
Active Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, kind words, and support during this time. Special thank you to Hospice Compassus for their care and compassion, especially her special nurse Brittany Rose.
