"Paul J. Belcher “Hopsing” age 66 of Welch closed his eyes on earth and opened them in Heaven on Sunday, October 10, 2021 with his family by his side following a brief battle with cancer. Paul made his best decision in life by accepting Jesus as his Lord and Savior prior to his departure. He enjoyed many sports especially watching football and was known for his pool shooting skills. He was a disabled veteran. Born on October 9, 1955 He was the son of the late Paul H. And JoAnn Belcher of Big Four."In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Wanda J. "Left to cherish his memory are his son David A.
