Born, February 2, 1958 in Jolo, WV, she was the daughter of the late Preston and Betty Jean Hess Frazier Hayter, and Step Father Luther Hayter. She was a resident of McDowell County the greater part of her life. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She loved talking on Facebook to her Daughters and friends.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, two brothers Roy and Larry Frazier.Survivors include her husband, Philip McMichael of Thorpe, WV, one son, Donald Ray Sheets, of Gary WV, two daughters, Rebecca Ann Muncy of War WV, and Betty Jo Sheets of Blackwolf, WV, one Step son Philip Jason McMichael, seven Grandchildren, one Great Grandchild, two brothers, Danny Frazier of Odd, WV, Buddy Frazier of Mohegan WV.Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 12 Noon from the Fanning Funeral Home Chapel in Welch, WV, with Pastor Michael Muncy Officiating; burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV. Victoria was born in Madison, WV, November 22, 1973 a daughter of Laura Dawson Nash.
Victoria was preceded in death by her grandparents, Everett and Victoria Dawson and Carl and Lucy Estep."Survivors include her husband, Joe Hubbard of the home; her mother Laura Nash and husband James of Poca, WV; her former husband and father of her children, Mike Edwards of Belle, WV; four children, Lee Edwards, Sierra Edwards and Tristan of California, Jacob Edwards, Destinee Edwards and Austin all of Alum Creek, WV; two grandchildren, Leah Grace and Ava Nicole; a half-brother, Tommy Estep and Sara of Comfort, WV; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
