Born December 2, 1964, in Welch WV, she was the daughter of the late William “Bill” and Melda Justice Ratliff.She was a loving mother.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, two sisters, Patricia Ann Mullins, and Millie Jean Ratliff.Those left to cherish her memory include, one son, Brian Ratliff (Kiona), her fiancée Harold Fred Mullins, four nieces and nephews, whom she helped raise, Kaelyn, Rayanna, Ian, and Emalee Ratliff; she loved them as her own, one sister Sandra Coleman, five brothers, Jerry (Melinda) Ratliff, Keith (Geri) Ratliff, Dana (Tina) Ratliff, and Jason Ratliff, a host of Nieces and Nephews, Family, and Friends. "Frank Gonzalez Jr. “Paco”, 75, of Roderfield, went to be with his Heavenly Father on July 7, 2020. Frank was born on June 15, 1945 in Welch a son of the late Frank Gonzalez Sr. and the late Antonia Renka White. He was a retired coal miner and a proud member of the UMWA. Frank was a proud veteran of the Navy Seabees. He was also a member of the Christ Cathedral Church in Iaeger. He loved his garden and ginsenging."In addition to his parents Frank was preceded in death by his first wife of 41 years and the mother of his children, Dorothy Davis Gonzalez and a son Marcus.
