"Bob was a graduate of Mullens High School, and received a baseball and basketball scholarship to WV Tech in Montgomery, he graduated with his teaching degree in 1955. He went on to teach in Wyoming County, where he coached and was also a long time basketball official, He then went on to retire from the State Department of Rehabilitation, and was secretary of the Clear Fork Valley Golf Course, he kept the golf ball he made his hole in one with.
"In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Eddie McClain, and his sister Elaine Huffman.
"Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 63 years Ann McClain, 2 sons, Bobby McClain and wife Lisa of Charlotte Tenn, Jerry McClain of Pineville, his daughter Kelly Edwards of Las Vegas Nevada, his brother Jimmy McClain of Muncie, Indiana, his grandchildren Morgan McKinney and her husband Terry of Newport News, Va. member of the first Baptist Church in Welch and attends the Independent Church of God at Clear Fork. He is a
United States Korean Marine Veteran. He is the last surviving member of his family. In addition to his parents he
is preceded in death by a son Timothy Clark Justice; and five sisters Nannie, Myrtle, Mary Doris, Eda and Thelma
Lou. Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years Francis Louise Mills Justice; a daughter Belinda Kay (Michael)
Bailey of Indian Creek; a son William Keith (Dorothy) Justice of Indian Creek; a granddaughter Tabitha Jane
(Kevin) Lester of Indian Creek; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm
on Monday July 6th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Pastor Hannibal Blankenship,
Jr. officiating. He will be laid to rest in Justice Cemetery, Asco, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 12
pm until time of services on Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Amedisys
