He was born on August 18, 1976 in Welch, WV a son of Zack Leon Mitchell, Sr. and the late Glenna Sue Hagerman Mitchell. In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by his grandmothers Nancy Belle Jewell and Hattie Victoria Hagerman, and aunt Lorene Blevins. In addition to his father, survivors include his daughter Cheyene Mitchell, two brothers Zack Leon Mitchell, Jr. and Robert H. Crockett, three sisters Vickie Lynn Murdock, Leann Nichole Mitchell and Lora Kay Ninneman, sister in law Anita Mitchell, the mother of his child Amber Dawn Mitchell, and a host of other loving family and friends. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated and buried beside his mother. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home."
