Born May 6, 1928, in Davy, WV, she was the daughter of the late Delbert and Grace Perdue Bunting.She was a resident of Coalwood the greater part of her life and she was a retired (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse.
Preceded in death by in addition to her parents; her first husband, Cecil A. Phillips and her second husband, Mose Kirk.
Survivors include four sons, Tommy Ted Ferrell and wife Gayle of Midland, VA, Cecil Arnold "C.A." Phillips Jr. and wife Tina of Pipestem, Kenneth Phillips and wife Jennifer of Coalwood, Donald Lee Phillips of Green River, WY; four sisters, June Gayle Partin, Bunny Phaff, Brenda Viessman, Shirley Edgington; three brothers, Toby Bunting, Sonny Bunting, Don Bunting; eight grandchildren, Shayne Ferrell, Kristee, Matthew, Kevin, Arnie, Chuck, Ivy and Quinton Phillips; and ten great grandchildren.
