Born on January 1, 1935, at Skygusty, he was the son of the late Millard Burton and Velvet Daisy Harman."He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Skygusty and was a self-employed utility contractor.
"Survivors include wife, Mary Evelyn Coe Harman of Chesterfield; four sons, William Marvin Harman, Jr., of Chesterfield and Millard Burton Harman II , Flavious Wade Harman and Michael Bryan all of Dinwiddie, Va.; two daughters, Rita E. "Terry "Buzzy" Cline, 57, of Lillydale, WV passed away on Tuesday October 6, 2020 at Bowers Hospice House,
Beckley, WV. He was born on December 28, 1962 in Illinois a son of the Woodrow and Beatrice Blankenship
Cline. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a granddaughter Leah Ellison and his grandparents.
Survivors include his loving wife of 7 years Janice Cline; two sons Austin Allen and Jonathan Cline; a daughter
Santana Cline; three step sons Preston Short, Roger Short and Danny Brown; three brothers Woody, Chuck and
David; three sisters Paula, Dana and Sue; a very special granddaughter Amber Leann Short and Mya Moore;
grandson Mattix Moore; and a host of other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm
on Thursday October 15th at Gilliland Park, Oceana, WV. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated. A
special thanks to Raleigh General Hospital and Bowers Hospice House. In lieu of flowers donation can be made
