"James Verlin Blakely, 58, of War, WV, passed away Friday, May 17, 2024 at the home of his sister, Judy in War, WV."James was born in Welch, WV a son of the late William and Frankie McIntosh Blakely. James enjoyed gardening, hunting, spending time out doors and spending time with his family.
"In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by one sister, Lisa Looney.
