"Alfred Dean Lowe, 68, of Hanover, WV, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, at his residence."Alfred was born August 12, 1954 in Welch, WV, a son of the late Roy and Ella Shepherd Lowe. He loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors but his favorite thing to do was run dogs with the Lester brothers. Alfred was a caring, loving, dad, grandpa, brother and uncle. He always cherished his friends Harrison Cline and Petey Lester and his family. Alfred was saved on September 13, 2022 and was baptized on September 14, 2022.
