"Dolly Loye (Blankenship) Fine, 83, of Wilcoe/Gary, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Luther and Effie Jenkins Blankenship, passed away at Welch Community Hospital on September 20, 2022, after a long illness. Dolly was born July 3, 1939, in Welch, West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James Edward Fine; one daughter, Janet Lynne Fine; one sister, Betty Clark; four brothers-in-law: Johnny Fine, Worth Fine, Jimmy Edwards and Wes Clark; and two sisters-in-law: Sharon Blankenship and Hazel Overby."She is survived by her son, James Edward Fine, Jr. of the home; her daughter, Lisa Wynne Fine of Clayton, North Carolina; one sister, Peggy Edwards of Virginia; and two brothers: Chee Blankenship and wife, Gail of Virginia; and Hassel Blankenship of Texas; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.
