"James was born May 28, 1952, in Asco, WV, a son of the late Dave and Maxine Woods Bell. He was disabled coal miner and loved to ride four wheelers.
"In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Jerry Bell.
"Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Chris Bell of the home; one daughter, Judy Bell of Gary, WV; one son, James R. Bell Jr. and wife Virginia of Gary; two granddaughters, Madison and Kelly Bell both of Gary; two brothers, Jimmy Bell and wife Janet of Quincy, OH, and Bobby Bell and wife Marlene of Twin Branch, WV; two sisters, Shelia Hinkle and husband Cork of Tennessee and Jackie Lellmond and husband Larry of Degraff, OH; and a host of nieces and nephews.
