Community Hospital, Princeton, WV. He was born on March 5, 1957 in Panther, WV, a son of the late
Millard McKinley and Edker Keen Lockhart, Sr. Frankie was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents
he is preceded in death by three brothers Jessie James Lockhart, Orville Jim Lockhart and Millard
McKinley Lockhart, Jr. Survivors include a daughter Heather Lockhart and fiance' Everett Matney of Trap
Fork; two sons Frankie (Amanda) Lockhart, Jr. of Panther and Scotty (Latoshia) Lockhart of Lower Long
Pole; his wife Francis Matney Lockhart of Bradshaw; a sister Virginia Bernice (Charles Daniel, Jr.) Lester
of Bassett, VA; two grandchildren Jayden Lockhart and Braylon Lockhart; mother-in-law Phyllis Matney
of Raysal, WV; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on
Monday, October 12, 2015 at Panther Missionary Baptist Church, Panther, WV, with Bro. Luke Lester and
