"Maxine Lambert Bowles,95, of Mile Branch, WV, left her earthly home to meet her Heavenly Father and her loving husband, Cyrus Bowles, Friday, December 10, 2021."Maxine was born August 26, 1926, in Besoco, WV, a daughter of the late Walter and Iva Colley Lambert. Maxine was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt and friend; loving her family and friends until her death. When she wasn’t spending time talking with or visiting her family she liked to garden; she was quite the expertise in canning. Maxine was also a true Christian, relying on her faith to help guide her in all aspects of her life. She was a member of the Avondale Independent Church of God for over 50 years.
"In addition to her parents, Walter and Iva Lambert Maxine was preceded in death by her loving husband Cyrus Lee Bowles; four sons, Leon, Jimmy, Barry and Jeffery Bowles; two daughters, Paula Trijillo and Sherry Bowles and one grandson, Randy Bowles.
