She was born May 5, 1971 in Beckley, WV, a daughter of Pamela Elaine Hall Worrell and husband Darrell who was her rock of Oceana, WV and the late Melvin Craig Harper."In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her grandparents Melvin and Loretta Harper, James and Elaine Hall and Lawrence and Lorene Worrell and a special aunt Susie Hall. Kathy Dee was a member of Lillyhaven
