"Woodrow was born April 13, 1938 in Lex, WV, a son of the late William and Josie Nellie Overbee Ferrell. He was a retired coal miner, a great mechanic, and a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather."In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Janice Faye Ferrell, two brothers, William Ferrell and Robert Ferrell, and one son, Larry Dean Mullins.
