was born on February 10, 1956 in Pineville, WV a son of the late Walter Junior and Shirley Jean Pratt Toler.
Jimmy was a member of the UMWA. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Helen Rita
Bailey Toler. Survivors include a son Donald (Kelly) Bailey of Oceana; two grandchildren Alexandria and
