"Kenneth James "Jimmy" Toler, 61, of Oceana, WV passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at his home. He
was born on February 10, 1956 in Pineville, WV a son of the late Walter Junior and Shirley Jean Pratt Toler.
Jimmy was a member of the UMWA. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Helen Rita
Bailey Toler. Survivors include a son Donald (Kelly) Bailey of Oceana; two grandchildren Alexandria and
Brooke Bailey; a sister Veanna Lynn (Jimmy) Roberts of Statesville, NC; two nieces Tammy (Andy) Elmore of
Statesville, NC and Amy Hicks of Salisbury, NC; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral
services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 23, 2017 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral
Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Randall Topping officiating. He will be laid to rest in Gilley's Cemetery, Clear
