was born on March 3, 1930 in Kentucky a daughter of the late Troy and Nannie Roberts Niece. Sheba was
the last surviving member of her family. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband
Arthur Vane Brooks; a daughter Lillie Mae Chambers; a son Arthur Randall Brooks; four brothers Shelby
Roberts, Johnny Roberts, Freeman Roberts and Sim Roberts; five sisters Margaret Brooks, Mary Toler, Sara
Cook, Rose Toler and Serena Graham; and a son-in-law Johnny Blankenship. Survivors include a daughter
Kathy Blankenship of Glen Rogers; three sons John J. Brooks and Dewayne Brooks both of Glen Rogers and
Little John Brooks and wife Pamela of Saulsville; four grandchildren Mitchell Brooks and wife Rhonda,
Jennifer Settles and companion Jonathan Green, David Blankenship and wife Morgan, and Matthew Brooks;
many great grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1PM
on Friday September 6th at the Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Ravencliff, WV with Rev. Herb Cook
officiating. She will be laid to rest in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ravencliff, WV. Friends may gather with the

"Rosalie Roberts Toler, 71, of Clear Fork, WV. Jesus called her home to join her husband, grandson and other
loving family in Heaven on May 28, 2017 in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV a daughter of the late
Troy and Nannie Bell Neace Roberts. Rosalie attended the Sunhill Country Church and former employee of
Magic Mart. She was an amazing mother and enjoyed canning, quilting and spending time with her family.
She lived her life to care for others. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving
husband of 48 years Lonnie Jene Toler; a grandson Justin Carter; three sisters Sarah Cook, Margaret Brooks
and Mary Toler; three brothers Sim Roberts, Shelby Roberts and Freeman Roberts. Survivors include two
daughters Angela (Elmer) Carter of Skin Fork and Monica (Adam) Harvey of Toler's Farm; a son Lonnie Dale
(Amanda) Toler of Laurel Branch; two sisters Serena Graham of Pineville and Sheba Brooks of Glen Rogers;
a brother John (Gloria) Roberts of Laurel Branch; three grandsons Matthew Carter, Katie Toler and Wynter
