"PINEVILLE (RNS) — Fred H. Cook, 74, was found dead at the home of Jim Whittaker Sunday
morning. Whittaker and Cook lived in the same house, police said. According to Jim Bolt, Wyoming
County sheriff's deputy, death was attributed to natural causes as there was no evidence of foul
play.
"Born April 10, 1902, In Rockview, he was a son of the late R. Wade and Mary Jane Perdue
Cook. He was a veteran ot the Army and, a lifelong resident of Wyoming County. Cook was a member of the Rockcastle Baptist Church.

She was married to Ira Stewart (B. 1922) on January 5, 1946 in Baileysville, Wyoming County, WV (per WV Marriage License Register, Wyoming County, WV, 1946, Page 289, Application Date: January 5, 1946)."She moved to Tampa in 1957, with her husband and children and fell in love with the city of Tampa. Cletis was a fiery and sassy woman that took pride in her independence and ability to live life on her own terms. She was a beautiful and strong woman that didn’t let anything or anyone hold her down.
