a long battle with dementia at Welch Community Hospital, Welch, WV. She was born on January 28, 1937 in
Clear Fork, WV a daughter of the late Don H. and Sophia Lee Uphold Hatfield. Kathleen enjoyed gardening,
cooking Sunday dinner for her family, going to church and spending time with all who loved her. She had a
caring heart and welcoming smile. She will be missed by many. In addition to her parents she reunited with
her late husband whom she spent 54 years, Homer A. Hatfield, Sr. Together they had four children Doug
