"In addition to her parents Gladys was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Charlie Cole; one granddaughter, Angela Lynn Hagerman; and three sisters, Edith Kennedy, Goldie Stacy and Daisy Baker.
"Survivors include eight children, Reva/Philip Hagerman of Paynesville, WV, Ralph/Wendy Cole of Homestead, FL, Bobby Cole of Grundy, VA, Andy Cole and fiancé Melanie of Pounding Mill, VA, Sheila Metz of Huntington, WV, Calvin/Joyce Cole, Sandra/Dan Shull, and Glenna Hagerman all three of Ligonier, IN; 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and one sister, 95 year old, Virgie Mullins of Paynesville, WV.
"Gladys will be escorted to the Mary Lou Old Regular Baptist Church on Stateline Ridge Road near Paynesville, WV, Wednesday afternoon, May 1, 2019 where a visitation will begin after 5 p.m. and continue throughout Wednesday and Thursday, May 2, 2019. An evening service will be conducted each evening at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 3, 2019 at 1 o’clock. Officiating her services will be Elders George Baker, Fred Bailey, Jackie Yates, Phillip Estep, Gary Estep, her son-in-law, Elder Philip Hagerman and all other Elders of the same faith and order are welcome. Burial will follow in the Charlie Cole Cemetery on Rockridge near Paynesville, WV. Serving as pallbearers will be Calvin Cole, Ralph Cole, Bobby Cole, Andy Cole, Philip Hagerman, Dan Shull, Dale Anglin and Daleton Anglin. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons...."
