Born June 17, 1943 in Raysal, WV, he was the son of the late Robert Baker and Maude Watson Baker."Bobby was a family man who loved his grandchildren. He loved to travel with his wife Patty and family and was especially fond of cruising. He loved the lord and reading his Bible, was of the Pentecostal faith, and attended Atwell United Church of God. He was a handyman and could fix about anything "A Jack of all trades".
"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Ruby Hall; brothers Ed Baker, Cowan Baker, Harold Baker, and Daris Baker.
