Puckett, 66, of Raysal, WV, gained his wings on June 13, 2019, at his home, surrounded by his loving family."Terry was born January 8, 1953 at Welch, WV, a son of the late Leck Puckett Sr. and Sylvia Stinson Puckett. He was a coal miner for 18 years and was president of the local union #2232. He was a Master Mason of the Iaeger Lodge #148. Terry enjoyed reading, watching tv, hunting and fishing.
"In addition to his parents Terry was preceded in death by one sister, Bonnie Puckett and one nephew Jay Puckett.
"Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Jackie Serra Puckett of the home; one son, Jamie Puckett and wife Miranda of Bristol, TN; one daughter, Missy Puckett Kennedy and husband Mark of Abingdon, VA; one sister, Carroll Puckett Holland and husband Jim of Rogersville, TN; one brother, Leck (Brother) Puckett and wife Peggy of Lynchburg, VA; two brothers-in-law, Junior Serra and wife Linda of Gatlinburg, TN, and Donnie Serra and wife Brenda of Atwell, WV; one sister-in-law, Tammy Serra Christian and husband Don of Raysal, WV; three grandchildren, Austin Kennedy, Conner Christian and Ethan Christian; and several nieces and nephews.
