Born September 30, 1953 in Welch he was the son of the late Ruth Annamae Bryant Culp and Malcolm Van Hurt."He was a former stock employee for Wal-Mart in South Carolina and a wood cutter at the Roderfield Saw Mill. Vincent was a member of the Helping Hands Holiness Church in Hemphill and he loved to fish.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sister, Mary Helen Charles, Loretta McPeak and Donna Corder; three brothers, Arthur Hurt, Charles Hurt and Edward Hurt."Those left to cherish his memories are one sister, Edna Mullins of Hemphill; many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
