"Martha Ann Frank Bailey, age 90 of Welch passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at her residence. Born March 14, 1919 in Caneyville, Ky. she was the daughter of the late Martin and Harriet Duggins Frank. She was the sole survivor of her immediate family, and is survived by one sister-in-law. She was of the Baptist faith and attended the North Welch First Church of God for many years. She was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and mother-in-law. She enjoyed family time, gardening, canning, sewing, and she always had a smile on her face.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dempsey Bailey; a sister, Vannah Frank; and two brothers, Harvey and Wilbert Frank.She is survived by her seven children, two sons, Donny L. Bailey and wife Peggy of Skygusty, and Simon M. Bailey and wife Debbie of Welch; five daughters, Dianna Bailey (Di-Di) of the home, Delena (Nina) and husband Ray Dotson of North Welch, Phyllis and husband Randy Noe of Belcher Mt., Brenda (Beanie) and husband Mike Noe of Winston Salem, N.C., and Janet and husband Phillip Grossenbacher of Michigan; eleven grandchildren, Jennifer Bailey, Marta and husband Rick Roberts, David Noe and wife Crystal, Amanda and husband Larry Lockhart, Sissy and husband Allen Smith, Chris Dotson and wife Elizabeth, Nick Dotson and fiancée Michelle Estep, Timmy Noe, Missy and husband Jason Prevette, April Bailey and boyfriends Scott Cottle, and Tiffany Bailey; eleven great-grandchildren, Josh and Amber Roberts, Hailey and Isaiah Noe, Hannah Lockhart, Dakota Dotson, Taylor and Savannah Noe and Gerrick, Peyton and Nadia Prevette, Madison (Maddy) Cottle; and two additional, Justin and Ryan Estep.
