She was a retired employee of Keystone Bank and a former stenographer with Appalachian Power Company. Dora was a member of the Greenview United Methodist Church and a member of Circle No. 1 and United Methodist Women. "In addition to her parents, her husband, Frederick M. Sackett Sr.; two sons, Frederick M. Sackett Jr. and Lt. David Lee Sackett; two sisters, Ruth Darby and Ruby Cox; and two brothers, Charlie Koger and General R. Koger preceded her in death. "Survivors include special friend and caregiver, Priscilla G. Cecil of Bluewell; Jack D. Bader; and one brother, Leonard R. Koger of Kimball. "Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2008, at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Green Valley with the Rev. Randy Adkins officiating..."
