Born in West Virginia, October 7, 1913 she was the daughter of the late B.N. Horn and Sarah Ann Baker Horn. She was a year member of the Bee Branch Primitive Baptist Church, having joined the church in 1968. She was a retired laundry worker, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother."In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Eli Mullins; eight sisters; and five brothers.
"She is survived by one daughter, Marea Owens and husband, Eugene of Jolo, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Ginger Owens of Conaway, S.C., Jerry Owens of Concord, N.C. and Lisa Owens of Kannapolis, N.C.; one great-grandson, Josh Owens of Concord, N.C.
