"Born June 18, 1951, in Wyoming County, he was the son of the late Robert Lee and Gracie Jane Basham Bailey.
"In addition to his parents, a brother, Clyde V. Bailey, and a sister, Margie Marie Bailey, preceded him in death.
"Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Rowe Bailey; two daughters, Anna Marie Henson and her husband, Michael, of Corinne and Jessica Megan Bailey of Fairdale; a brother, Frank Bailey and his wife, Regina, of Bolt; and two sisters, Frieda Goodman and her husband, Calvin, of Spanker Branch and Martha Bailey of Elgin, S.C.
"He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his beloved pet ?Bubbles.?
Service will be 2 p.m. today at Evans Memorial Chapel, Oceana, with the Rev. Ernest Francis officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ravencliff..."
