"He was born Sept. 30, 1955 in Fort Sill, Okla. He was the son of Dwight and Mary Hatmaker Meadows of Pineville. He was the grandson of the late Dwight and Gertrude Meadows of Baileysville and the late Perry and Matilda Hatmaker of Welch. "He was a faithful member of Rock Castle Baptist Church. He retired from the Wyoming County Workshop (House of Wonder) in 2002, after 30 years of service. "In addition to his parents he is survived by three brothers, Bradley Meadows of Belle, Dean Meadows of Matheny, and David Meadows and his wife Andi of Lynco; four nieces, Karri Blankenship, Katie Meadows, Lyndsie Suttle and her husband Billy and Haleigh Morgan; two nephews, Gregory Meadows and his wife Brittany and Dwight Meadows; a great nephew, Zackary Blankenship; and a great niece, Ashlee Blankenship.
