"Born January 1, 1948, in Welch she was the daughter of the late Drewey and Lunda Cook Lusk. Joyce was a member of Cyclone Church of God for 27 years taking membership on January 26, 1980, she served as vice-president of The Ladies Aide for 12 years.
"In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Carless Lusk, Larry Lusk and an infant brother.
