"Born January 15, 1965 at Wayne County, Michigan, he was the son of Evelena Lawrence Cline Hughes and the late Woodrow Walker.
"In addition to his father he was preceded in death by two sisters: Cathleen Nicholes and Tamie Kenneda; his paternal grandparents, Verlin and Elva Walker; his maternal grandparents, Connie Lee and Kizzie Lawrence; his niece, Tiffany Kennedy; his great-nephew, Bailey Braiden Toler; his great-niece, Morgan Faith Ramsey; his father-in-law, Don Kennedy; his brother-in-law, Don Kennedy, Jr.; and his best friend, Roy "Slim" Dikes.
"Adam was a loving son; father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a logger and of the pentecostal faith. He loved all aspects of racing, he was an expert marksman, he loved to fish, and was a true outdoorsman. He will be greatlly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Trinnie had children with Charley Dollarhide (Flossie Smith), Horatio Seymour Boling (Goldie May Stanley & Sara Frances "Frankie" Rowe) James Preston Jennings (Margie Newberry, Mary Jane Robinette, Elzie Jennings, Living Jennings, & James Preston "Baby Jay" Jennings who died as a toddler). Trinnie died at her daughter Goldie's house on April Fools Day 1951. She was a fabulous cook and cooked at the boarding house owned by J.P. Jennings for his lumber crew in Coalwood. She was also known throughout the county as a seamstress. Trinnie was married to Aldie Steel at the time of her death.
