"Irine Hankins & her family lived on the farm across the Clinch river, & Zachariah Roark & his family also lived on the farm on the other side of the Clinch River. The farm was bought from Edna S Harman by the Hankins family in 1921 Deed Book No. 90 page 590.
"Irine Hankins parents were Nancy J Hankins & Thomas Hankins surviving husband of Nancy J Hankins.
"In 1951 Irine Hankins Roark and Zachariah Roark her husband, and Thomas W Hankins sold the 47 acres to Vanam C Roark and Carrie Goodman Roark his wife. That tract of land was located about 5 miles from the town of Tazewell Virginia. This land was close to the Peery Family, Deed book 35 page 338 in 1892.
