Bessie Juanita McDonald of Lindside, WV passed away Friday, November 6, 2009 at the Springfield Care
Center, Lindside, WV, following a long illness. Born January 29, 1928 at Caretia (sic, Caretta), WV she was
the daughter of the late Charlie Newton and Dora Brewster Baily. Juanita was a retired nursing assistant at
the Garden City Hospital, Garden City, MI and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was
proceeded in death by her husband, Charles Walter McDonald, Sr., two sons, Charles Walter, Jr. and Bruce
Wayne McDonald, one daughter, Kimberly Adele McDonald, two brothers, Charlie, Jr. and Raymond O. Bailey
and one sister, Stella Marie Bailey. Survivors include two sons, Ray McDonaldmofm Grasslake, MI and Danny

"Gerald was a retired coal miner and truck driver, as well as a veteran of the Vietnam War having served in the United States Air Force. He was a 1967 graduate of Iaegar High School where he played football and also attended Bluefield State College. Gerald loved singing and hunting. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son and infant grandson.

"On February 19th, 2011, the Lord called his sweet angel, Bobby Joe “Punkin” Lester, 32 of Fanrock, home. He needed another set of wings.
"Born on June 27, 1978 at Welch, he was the son of Bobby and Pansy Lester Keene.
"Bobby was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Cecil and Ada Lester; his paternal grandparents, Everette and Thelma Keene; four uncles; two aunts; and two cousins.
"Bobby was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was disabled since youth and of the Church of God faith. He was an avid outdoors man who loved to hunt beyond no means, fish, camp, and 4-wheeling, but most of all he loved his family dearly and loved spending time with them. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
