"Also preceding him in death were his first wife Wanda Stacy Cook and two sisters Ruby Darlene Cook and Delores Kay Cook. "Survivors include his loving wife Cathy Cook; two daughters Heather Jeanne Belcher and husband Danny of Clear Fork, WV, Tabatha Lynn Kenneda and husband Jay of Pineville, WV; one son Kevin Arlin Hatfield and wife Jessie of Pineville, WV; six grandchildren that he loved very much, Steven Belcher, Danielle Brooke Belcher, Whitney Dawn Hatfield, Deanna Lynn Kenneda, Christopher Arlin Hatfield and Hanna “Hannah Bug” Kenneda; two sisters Betty Faye Arrington and husband Kenneth of Lynco, WV, and Geneva Lynn Ingram and husband Jimbo of Mullens, WV; two brothers Phillip Cook and wife Billy of Welch, WV, and Barry Cook and wife Gloria of Texas.
