"Betty Jean Lester, 76, of Oceana, WV passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Raleigh General Hospital,
Beckley, WV. She was born on April 13, 1944 in Wyoming County, WV a daughter of the late Linsey Charles
and Verda Mitchell Belcher. Betty attended the Lynco Community Church. In addition to her parents she is
preceded in death by a sister Pauline. Survivors include a daughter Leah (Sherman) Blankenship of Mt. Airy,
NC; a son Danny (Patricia) Lester of Mullens; five grandchildren Jessica (Zach) Edward, Kayla (Heath)
Wilburn, Tyler (Abigail) Lester, Cody Lester and Jayden Lester; four great grandchildren Aubrey Lester,
Kabrey Edward, Liam Edwards, and Ridge Wilburn; three sisters Helen, Linda, and Darlene; four brothers
Randall, Charles, Jr., Gary and Nelson; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be
held at 11 am on Monday, March 22, 2021 at the Lynco Community Church, Lynco, WV with Rev. Nelson

OCEANA - Jaiden Mackinsey Bailey, 3, received her angel wings Thursday, July 3, 2008. Born April 11, 2005, in Beckley, she was the daughter of Raymond ?Eugene? and Miranda Belcher Bailey. Jaiden attended Promise Land Church. Our "little bit' miracle always had a smile for everyone. Now as she smiles from heaven she will be missed by all who knew her. Jaiden was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Earl and Eloise Bailey; paternal great-grandfather, Raymond Miller; and maternal great-grandfather, Charles Lindy Belcher.
