"Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Louise Lester Blankenship; a brother, Benjamin; and a sister, Marie. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born on February 5, 1958 in Pineville, WV a son of the late
Jack and Dollie Jean Blankenship Collins. He is a 1976 graduate of Baileysville High School. In addition to
his parents he is preceded in death by a special aunt Linda Blankenship. Survivors include three sisters Sue
Collins and Deb Collins of Brenton who were his caregivers and Eva (Michael) Edwards Leonard of Big
Stone Gap, VA; special uncle and aunt Hobert (Retha) Blankeship of Clear Fork; uncles Jay (Bridgett)
