"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Jean Cooper Brooks.

"Mrs. Donathan was a widow and homemaker and made her home in Itmann for many years. Grace was affiliated with the Baptist faith but had many friends of all denominations. She lived a long, prosperous life, full of good times and laughter.
"Grace will be remembered as a kind-hearted, loving, caring mom, sister, grandma and friend. She loved to go green picking, polk hunting, collecting angels, spending time with family and listening to gospel music. She also enjoyed telling stories about her childhood while living in Cabin Creek.
"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Donathan, Jr.; a niece, Jackie Lumbo; sisters, Mabel Adkins and Liz Adkins; and brothers, Fred Lumbo and Jimmy Lumbo.
"Surviving family members include her oldest daughter and family, Stella Jo Stacy and her husband, Grant of Itmann, granddaughter, Samantha Jo Stacy of Itmann, grandson, Chuck Stacy and wife, Lisa of Amigo and their children, (Grace’s great-grandchildren) C.
