"Ruby was a member of the Rock Castle Baptist Church. She was a member of the Rock Castle Baptist Church ABW group. Mrs. Whitt was a beautician for 50 years and attended Little French Beauty School. She enjoyed crocheting and quilting.
"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Loyd O. Whitt; grandson, Luke Clay and a great-great-grandson, Zachary Clay. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lacy Acord and Dennie Acord, Jr.; four sisters, Gladys Phillips, Pauline Kessler, Macie Roles and Ramona Blankenship ,an infant sister, Josephine and two infant brothers.
