"She was a member of the Bright Prospect Missionary Baptist Church in Cyclone. She was a member of the Bald Knob Methodist Choir for several years and was known for singing her favorite song, “What A Day That Will Be” in many different churches. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Madison, Chapter No. 121.
"She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She was married to Marvin Clyde Harvey for 70 years.
"He preceded her in death on Sept. 30, 2007. She loved her God, church and her many friends. She was a saint of God and loved her children and was loved by everyone. She lived for the day when she could be with her loving husband again.She is survived by three sons, Dockie and wife, Dottie, of Cyclone, Odie and wife, Greta, of Fairdale, Tom and wife, Jenny, of Bald Knob; two daughters, Judy (Harvey) Miller and Kathy (Harvey) Johner and husband, Gail, of Bald Knob; five sisters, Eunice Harvey and Lucy Harvey of Bald Knob, Dorothy Dempsey of Six Mile, Mabel Tungett of Fair Hope, Ala., and Rushie Coleman of Whitmire, S.C.; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters.
