"Mrs. Debra Bishop Paxton, 40, of Winston-Salem, died Wednesday, July 24, 2002, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born Sept. 27, 1961, in Wyoming County, W.Va., to Curtis and Violet Green Bishop. Mrs. Paxton gave 20 years of dedicated service as insurance coordinator at Wake Forest Family Practice. Surviving are two daughters, Elizabeth Joyce Paxton and Jennifer Lynn Paxton; and a son, Thomas Bolivar Paxton III, all of the home; her mother, Violet Bishop of Winston-Salem; five brothers; and seven sisters. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2002, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel by the Rev. Robert Childress. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103."
