Ida was born June 7, 1921 in Blackey, VA, a daughter of the late Andrew Harvey (Andy) Baker and Cloia Stacy Baker. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ at Jolo. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved gardening, working in her flowers, making quilts and cooking for her family.
