"He was a disabled miner and was a minister of the Church of Christ. He was a member of the Pine Grove Church at Three Forks, a member of IOOF at Yukon, Senior Citizens of McDowell County and the Council of Southern Mountains.
"He was a member of the board of directors of the Yukon Health Clinic.
"Born Feb. 10, 1906 at Jolo, he was a son of the late Joe and Clara Osborne Mullins.
